Medway Velo – coaching session at Lea Valley velodrome Sat 20 Sept
Nice to see I received some good feedback from this extremely go ahead club from last Saturday’s session as follows:

Really good feedback from both groups. Everyone had a great time and said they were impressed with the quality of the coaches and sessions. Both worked extremely hard. Especially as in the so called advanced group people kept throwing themselves off their bikes.
Thanks for everything we are keen to come back as the riders are really developing so please – any sessions you have please let us book!
