Descending in the wet
After watching and reading about Sunday’s world championship road race in the rain and especially the comments of Rod Ellingworth’s comments made me smile. I’ve nearly finished Sean Yates book. If anyone could descend and in all conditions then he was your man, frightening, the guy was a rocket. It’s a shame that he is no longer involved with Team Sky as on the outside it appears their road performances have certainly dipped since his departure. Buy Sean’s book, and his eye popping training and descending have you wincing!
