It’s interesting listening to many competitors post race interviews particularly rowing and cycling. Although the competitors have undoubtedly talent but so do many other countries the difference in why we win so much is our coaching. The bond between coach rower or cyclist is unquestionably why we do so well as a country.
So there it is if you want to get on, get a coach that you believe in.
